Loft-Style Apartments at Green Lane Works

A bold transformation of three high-end loft apartments.

In 2020, we completed the fit-out of three striking loft-style apartments in the heart of Sheffield's trendy Kelham Island, as part of the regeneration of the Grade II listed Green Lane Works site. The project, led by sustainable developer Citu, embraced a modernist design with daring features, including open-plan bedrooms and striking sightlines between private and communal spaces. The raw concrete structure was left exposed, celebrating the building’s industrial heritage. Key highlights include polished concrete floors, exposed services, and a standout Cedar-clad external staircase.

While the design may be unconventional, the apartments set a record for sale price per square foot in the area.
