Our Story

HØM Build Limited is an innovative construction company based in Malton, North Yorkshire. We bring every part of construction under one roof - design, planning and construction.

Founded by Lawrence Risi, with over a decade delivering high-end residential projects across Yorkshire, we combine design-led thinking with hands-on building expertise to create homes that stand out for all the right reasons.

Our approach is all about the client. From initial contact to final handover, we keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free. Our in-house design team prepares plans and handles applications, while our build team delivers the result - making us your complete one-stop shop.
